Mr. Barlow serves as President of the Investment Manager, where he oversees overall business management, strategic direction, and investor relations. Mr. Barlow is the founder of Finitive, a private credit investment platform. He previously founded and served as CEO of Eaglewood Capital Management, an investment firm with roughly $2 billion in assets under management, which he sold to Marshall Wace LLP. Eaglewood pioneered algorithmic and programmatic trading of direct lending strategies; under Mr. Barlow's leadership the firm also IPO’d the world's first publicly traded online lending credit fund on the London Stock Exchange, and closed the first securitization of peer-to-peer loans. Previously, Mr. Barlow worked alongside Mr. Cassarini in the proprietary trading group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Barlow began his career at J.P. Morgan. He holds a B.S. (cum laude) from Brigham Young University and is a CFA charter holder.
